Instructions for Viewers

1. Download and install MNC software.
2. Click on the channel link, and Windows media player will show up automatically in several seconds.
3. Enjoy watching Media Netcast

Requirements for Viewers

1. Software: Windows 2000/XP, Windows Media Player 9.0, MNC viewer.
2. Hardware: any PC that can run Windows 2000/XP.
3. Network: High speed internet, for example, DSL or Cable modem.

Requirements for Broadcasters

1. Content: The Broadcaster must have the right (including copyright) to broadcast the content.
2. Video Pickup: For live content: A camera, TV card, etc.
3. Software: Windows 2000/XP/2003, windows media encoder 9.0, MNC Broadcaster.
4. Hardware: Depends on the Video compression need. Typically, P4 1GHz will work.
5. Network: High speed internet, at least DSL or Cable modem.
